MALT AND ALE BAR
As soon as you enter the bar a feeling of relaxation abounds. The hardwood and stone slabbed flooring nestle up to the leather studded bar which has been completed with a solid dark flecked marble top.
Leather high back chairs surround the bar enticing you to get comfortable and enjoy that well earned pint. Lots of natural wood ranging from oak to mahogany adorn the walls creating a feeling of the country pub but which is set in the heart of the City of Stirling.
Our hand pull ales feature our specially brewed ale “The Torbrex Red“ together with Deuchars IPA and a guest ale that changes constantly. We also offer Peroni, Tennents, Heverlee and Estrella lagers, together with Belhaven Best, Guinness Cold and Magners Original Cider.
Dining ROOMS
Our dining rooms have been created around the original pillars within the building allowing for lots of nooks and booths in which to dine.
Set over two floors with a grand central staircase, the rooms have been developed using natural woods, slate and stone tiles. Natural woven fabrics and leather make up the varied seating arrangements, with tables available ranging from a romantic candle lit corner table for two to tables of up to around fifty persons being able to be accommodated.
Our new menus have been created using the very best of ingredients that Scotland has to offer and where possible sourced locally. The team in the kitchen have created a wide range of home cooked dishes with many chefs’ specials that change on a daily basis.
The Inn at Torbrex wine selection has been created from Countries and specially chosen vineyards from around the world. Our wine preservation system keeps our white wine selection at a chilled 4 degrees with our reds warming up nicely in their own back bar storage.
Function Room
Our private dining or exclusive use function room is the ideal location and setting for a private party or event in Stirling.
We have held many birthday party’s, celebration events and more formal family gatherings such as funerals or christenings for families throughout Stirling in our exclusive use venue.
Our decor is fresh and modern and provides the perfect backdrop to your event. Our catering can create a variety of different options from light bites and finger food through to a full dining experience.
We have a well stocked bar and can provide a private bar within our function room if required.
